Can you connect a Motorola Bluetooth Headset to an E Machine computer

Recently purchased Motorola’s S9 HD headset. Pairs up fine with phone but cannot get it to connect to the PC so that I can use them to listen to music. I have tried to contact Motorola, EMachine (Acer) AND Microsoft, all of whom toss it in the other guys’ laps. I am about to toss the headphones. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
