Can you please help me on my Microsoft Acess?

Hi. I’m new to Microsoft Access but I already created tables and forms. One of the problems I have is creating a relationship, and I’m not sure if it’s one-to-many or many-to-many. The situation is that, I have 5 customers in a home care company. I want the form to show 5 customers and every time I click 1 button like (i.e) Customer A – I should see the other records like (i.e. Personal Information, Medication Status, Physician Record… etc.) How do I do it? I tried everything but I can’t find the solution. Please help. Thanks!
