Cannot access a website

Hey i am trying to get to sophos.com and i cannot get to it it just returns a blank page after some delay.

I ping www.sophos.com and i get back:
Pinging www.sophos.com [1.1.1.1] with 32 bytes of data:

and of course the request times out. I have uninstalled firefox iexplorer run ccleaner on my registry nothing has worked.

Does anybody have any ideas?
