cannot open aspx form

good day to everyone, i have some question regarding the asp.net i develop in VB.NET. i cant open my aspx form in Inter explorer when i click the run button in VB.net. pls help me how do i run my Web application. I create a HTML file and it works fine but when i run the aspx form it says Server Error in ‘/Ralph’ Application.
