Cannot open my drives

My os is winxp. I cannot open any of my drives. When i double click on the drives it will dispaly the openwith pop up menu. and when i right click on the drives it shows something like japanese letter. I have updated symentic it shows the virus that is w32.sillydc. I cannot remove that virus by symentic. I have tires avg and zone alarm too.But i cannot remove it. Does any body have any idea which virus will solve the problem.
