cannot ping one pc from my router

I have a linksys router and have several computers connected to it via wireless. On one PC, I can ping to the router, get on to the internet but for some reason, I cannot ping to the PC from my router. I turned off all the software firewall. I think the windows firewall is turned off. It’s set at NOT MONITORED.
