cannot print in 132 col

I am using Oracle 8I on Windows 2000. I have a report in character mode. I installed generic printer and tried to print the report. It is not printing in 132 column. If i set up the printer in a machine which runs in windows 98, it works fine. Itis not working in Windows 2000. What may be the reason.
