Cannot save Group Policy settings

I can’t add scripts to be executed at shutdown on the DC. When clicking OK after adding the script, I get the error “The Scripts component failed due to error 5”.
I log in as Enterprise Admin, so authentication shouldn’t be a problem. I also checked permissions on SYSVOL and its folders and everything looks OK.
Any ideas/pointers/clues ?
