Can’t access gmail, google.com, can’t log in youtube, tried everything?

So i read in here different information, how to open up google again. Its interesting that google.ee is opening, and i can make a search from there, but then when i get search results and they include google.com in their names, i can’t acces it…
I tried clearing up my dns(found the info from here), i tried to put google dns in local area connection… i made adaware in safe mode… i haven’t blocked any sites in my firewall or other settings… My mind is up. Please help.
