Can’t Attach in Outlook?

recently installed Outlook on a Citrix box. now my end users cannot attach a file or save a file if there was an attachment already attached. the error message says “Operation failed. An object cannot be found” when i try to save an attachment and “The system cannot find the specified file.” when i try to attach a file. i would greatly appreciate any help.
