Can’t do anything on school computers!

Hello, I am trying to browse the internet without filters on my school laptops I can’t install a VPN any way possible. I can’t install a program and I can’t install chrome extensions. I can’t right click in file explorer so I can’t make a new .bat file to do some magic. I can’t open notepad, only few programs are available. Word, PowerPoint, Internet explorer, chrome etc etc. I can however login to my google account and access my drive to download something. Basically everything is locked out. Basic methods from Google don’t work because I can’t access command prompt. Help will be appreciated, thanks.
most pcs run windows 7 with few exceptions being windows 8.
