Can’t map network drive over VPN connection

Hey guys, I’m new to the forum.

I’m trying to access a specific University server via a Cisco VPN client. My VPN connection is working because I can connect to other university servers, and I can ping the server I’m interested in, but I can’t map the network drive. I can map it when I’m connected on campus however. I’ve tried connecting both with the server name and the server IP address.

I’ve tried this out on both Windows 7 and Snow Leopard and gotten the same results.
