Cant unsubscribe from emails

Every time i untick what newsletters i no long want to receive i get a msg box saying:

“The entered email address cannot be used as for subscription purposes. Please enter a personal address”

Tried searching the forum but all i could find was idiots moaning and taken tantrums lol.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
