Career In Software Testing

Hell,
I am B.Com & MCM (2000) passed out. From 7 years I doing job in Administration & HR. But I want to shift to Software Testing.
I just want to know, do I have any career opportunity in Software Testing. Is it possible for me to shift from Administration to Testing.
If I join any course for testing will it help?
Please let me know.
