career

hello sir ,
i working in brainware as a teacher tought hardware and networking (windows xp and windows 2003 platform).presently i am done ccna but some body told me to do ccnp also it will give more depth knowldge as well as job also now days ccna is more demand in industry than mcsa so give a solution for this which areas i have to choose .is it any salary or demand side difference between this two .please tell me .
