CCNA Certification

Hello everyone! I am highly considering getting my CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate). I was wondering what the job market is like as far as someone starting out after obtaining this certification. I have no degree yet but have been told that you can land a very decent job in an “entry” level position. Any thoughts on expected compensation and future career advancement.
