Certification and career in Lotus Notes/Domino

Looking for Career in Lotus Notes/Domino. I have work in Lotus4.5 in starting of Career. Currently out of touch since four years since my organisation does not uses it. Can anyone guide me how to start now to became Lotus Professional.By seeing industry trend want to become lotus Certified also. Is there any material/book available for the same
