Certification need an Info

Hi,

I want to get certified but the problem is don’t want to spend money or I don’t have money at all for an advance study. All I have is my simple computer at home and connected to internet (56Kbps). Is there I chance that I can be certified even I will not pay for a certification. I know it is seems to be impossible to get certified without really paying something. Need an info.
