Change password in Exchange Cluster

I have an Exchange cluster installed in one NT domain and user’s accounts in second domain. I have also two way trust relationships between that domains. E-mail Exchange accounts are based on user accounts from second domain. User who is logged onlyto Exchange cluster by Outlook client (not directly to NT account domain)can’t change password in his account from Outlook client program. What should I do?
