Changing dynamic disk to basic disk

I have PIV machine with windows xp pro
due to some file corruption i reinstolled it
it have 2 disk one 80 gb ide in which xp is instolled other hard disk is dynamic now i can not access hard disk can some one help as i do not want to lose data
