Changing the Z drive path

I have about 70 odd users in my windows 2000 ADS. All these users are connected to a shared folder that is on a server. They save their data to this folder via their Z-drives or Home folders. The path points to the same server for all of them. Now i want to shift this folder to a new server and i want to change the path. Is there anyway that i change the path only once and this change effects all users meaning their home folders point to the new server.
