chrome superior to firefox and internet explorer

this is about an end user named Wanif Harren.

end user connects to internet through linksys router. firefox loads blank page. internet explorer loads blank page. end user calls linksys. they instruct him to ping. he does. 4 sent 4 received. perfect.linksys says its the browser. end user calls his techie younger brother for help. techie younge brother resets tcp/ip stack. that doesn’t work. concludes that its either malware or a bvrowser glitch. end user installs google chrome on a whim. google chrome allows him to access web pages. firefox and internet explorer still do not. anyone wanna venture a guess to how this happened?
