Circular Reference or Paste Links?

How do I make paste link work both ways no matter which worksheet I enter the data in (excel 2007); worksheet 1 cell d2 = worksheet 2 cell d2 and if I decide to update worksheet 2 cell d2 it will update worksheet 1 cell d2?
