Cisco VPN Client on Windows 98 SE

I have a problem and I need some advise. I have 7 PC installed with Win98 and also Cisco VPN Client. My problem is, if VPN tunnel is established, I’m not able to browse the network (Local LAN) as well as print to network printers. It shows you that the print that you want to print to is offline. For your information, the printer is connected to WinXP PC. If I were to disconnect the VPN, printing to the printer is not a problem. This problem usually happens 5 minutes after the VPN tunnel is established. Thanks in advise for your advise.
