Citrix Client Issues

I downloaded the most recent Citrix client to a XP workstation with SP-2. When I duplicate a Custom ICA Connection and run it, I cannot connect. No error, just can’t connect and it just keeps trying. I have looked for this error on their site, but I have found nothing. Is the latest client compatible with SP-2? What is a good site to go looking for Citrix answers?
