Citrix ICA Client Failure

I have one home user who can log into the Citrix NFuse Classic login screen and sees his published apps but when selecting any one of the apps receives the following error: “Cannot connect to the Citrix server: The socket is not already bound to an address”. Only option is to click “OK”. Same user can login at other remote PCs so it seems to be machine specific. Any help out there?
