Citrix Registry Size

by tino.jaimes . Updated 21 years, 8 months ago

We are having problems with users trying to connect to Citrix servers. They are constantly getting windows can not load your profile. Please increase the registry size and restart the computer. I have checked the registry size under system properties and it shows that we are currently at 129 mb in about 5 Citrix Servers.

We have increased the maximum registry size to 400 and also currently to 200 mb but still continue to receive same problem. We did not correctly have the page file set correctly for all drives, so could this have been a problem? We approximately can only get about twenty users per server before we start to receive this problem.

Severs have about 2 GB of physical RAM installed and roaming profiles are not cached. We are also running Citrix Metaframe XPA and Windows 2000 servers. Please Help as this is causing too much downtime.

We also just added two new windows 2000 servers to the farm but continue to get same error. Shouldn’t load balancing take care of this? What are we doing wrong?
