Client-Router VPN Help

I am trying to create a vpn between a comuter with a DI-614 wireless router that allows vpn to pass through it and a netgear FSV318 VPN Router.

I have the netgear set up to allow connections from the specific wan address of the other router.

The dlink computer is using the XP vpn client to connect and the proper IPSec identifier has been entered.

There are no ip errors and all firewalls are off.

Can someone please help it wont work no matter what i do.
