Close a running EXE in VB6

hi

i creating a shoutcast control pannel and i have got it to open a shoutcast but i need to know how to close it

the other thing is also there maybe more than one open at a time but the main thing i need to kow is the code to close a running EXE

if someone could help me with the code will be very helpful
