Cloud Computing Success Stories?

We are seeing increasing levels of interest from customers in moving to an Enterprise 2.0/Cloud Computing/SaaS/SOA environment. Most have one or two SaaS applications like NetSuite or Salesforce, and are happy with the results.

But they still need their data centers full of big iron, software and personnel to run their other apps; so most of the potential benefits of Cloud Computing are in the future.

Can anyone provide examples of large enterprises that are using SaaS applications for all (or most) of their computing needs?
