Co-browsing in java

hi guys, i am working on a project by which 2 ppls browse web togather.

during search i read this article

this is written Visual basic and i am java devloper if any one could help in converting it to java. or atleast briefly explain this in visual basic so i can start it.
or any help to accomplish this project.
