COMMAND LINE TOOL hide / unhide partiti

I want with a COMMAND LINE TOOL that can modifying Drive-letters and hide / unhide partitions in Windows NT !!!!!!!!!! (partition magic and other commercial shit doesn’t do the job). I have been looking for a solution for the problem over a year.HELP ME PLEASE.I GIVE A DINNER TO THE ONE WHO FIND A SOLUTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
