Compaq Proliant 5000

I am having problems loading NT 4.0 to this Compaq Server (I am not using SmartStart). NT is not recognizing the multiproccessor (2 X Pentium Pro 200’s) it only sees one. If I try to run the UPTOMP.EXE utility– it blows up the Kernel. The Processor is recognized during bootup, and by the System Configuration Utility V3.0). I have worked with the newest SSD from Compaq’s site with no help.
