Computer automatically hibernating

A few weeks ago my Acer Veriton 7700G running Windows XP started automatically hibernating and my dad said that the Heatsink fan wasn’t working. I just replaced the new fan and it’s still doing the same thing.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
