Computer will only blank pages when printing from web.

I’m having an issue when printing from IE. For some reason everytime I print a web page it prints a blank page. I noticed that the file path at the bottom of the printed page is not the web address, it’s C:\…
It acts like it’s printing from a temp file that is blank. I’ve restarted and i’ve installed all the IE updates. I’ve checked the margins and the print preview displays a blank page as well. I’ve printed from IE a million times and for some reason today it quit working, it will only print PDF and word files.
I have a HP CM1312nfi and HP Laserjet 4100 both have ip address
