I have two computers (HP Pavilion 9780C (Windows ME) & Dell Inspiron Laptop (Windows 98)) networked through a hub (Netgear Ethernet Hub EN106) and as of yesterday the computers stopped communicating with each other. There was no warning or error message it just stopped. I checked and double checked the setting, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, checked the wires and hub, and updated drivers but nothing helps. When I try double clicking on Entire Network on the HP it states “Windows isunable to browse network.” On the Dell I can go into the network but it doesn’t see the HP. I’m out of ideas, any thoughts?
