Configuring NT Workstation as a RAS serv

I am having problems configuring my desktop PC to act as a dial up server using RAS to connect my laptop to my home office.

All my dial out connections seem to be ok and I have configured the port for dial in and out but when I try to connect the desktop PC does not pick up the call.
