Connecting a Mac to a NT network

I need to get some macs to log onto a NT 4.0 Server. I want the macs to see shared printers, folders and every one on the network. The macs are connected using 10/100 network cards. I can get the macs to see one shared folder that I just created andanything I put in it. Thanks
