connecting to local webserver

As part of PDA Banking project, we are in the process of running a ASP page from the web server on the PDA emulator. From the materials we collated from internet, we understand that the request will be going through Palm.net, the proxy server, and then reaches the destination server to access the web page. But, since the web server where ASP page hosted is not receognized by palm.net (as it is not exposed to the internet), we are facing some technical difficulties in accessing the web page. The problem could be solved, if the webserver where the ASP page hosted is recognised by the Palm.net . I request you to kindly do the needful for confirming our understanding.
