convert Blu-ray DVD to Apple TV with 5.1 channel

I am basically converting my movie both DVD and Blu-ray to a digital version for my Apple TV. I think some of these programs I tried before only extracts stereo audio track but I really need that 5.1 channel. Do you know any program can do that?
