Convert iTunes library to mp3

I purchased a SanDisk Cruzer Fit 64GB USB Flash Drive. I would like to convert my whole iTunes library to mp3 onto the USB in order to play them in my car. I’m not looking for a program that would build a house just purely utilitarian freeware.
