Converting xml to html

The non-profit association I work for uses Adobe InDesign for creating publications. They want to post these to the website but InDesign creates xml documents and does not appear to have an easy way to convert them to html. I have read that I can use xsl to do this but where can I find it? Any suggestions? Thanks.
