Copying Client files

Hi All-

Looking for a little guidance on this one. So within SCCM / MECM there is a tool called USMT or (User state migration) I thought this was going to be a lot more than what it turned out to be. I was looking for a solution to move some of my clients to new machines. I wanted a way to make the transition seamless. Something where I could have a new machine setup I could click a button and it would copy over all the clients documents/ applications etc. This would be new hardware. The source computer for example would be a windows 10 machine running 2016 LTSB. The new machine would either be running windows 10H2 or windows 2021 LTSC. Thanks in advance for any advice on this.
