Corporate WER Server Collection

Has anyone setup a corporate server to collect WER from multiple servers using group policy? Haven’t seen anything in the white papers on the collection drop identifying the different servers as they send the reports to a collection server; using MS Server 2012r2 and sources include both 2008 and 2012 servers. Has you seen it collect and identify the server for each report? Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.
