Corrupt Word Docs! HELP PLEASE!

Hi,
Word Docs (.doc, .docx) are coming up with a message that says “Word detected unreadable content in the file, click ok to recover, blah blah”… No matter what we do, the issue continues. I’m using Windows XP and MS Word 2003. Files are new.

Please help.
