Could not load Dialin Profile

Anyone come across this? I only have a domain controller and domain profile. Nothing in them stops the loading of a profile. I have remote access enabled with my users enabled. I have current virus update. No errors in event viewer. Thi started this aft. My users are getting a: could not load dialin profile. Access is denied. Even for administrator. i checked the shares. A-OK
