crazy AOL pop ups

This week I began getting crazy pop-ups when logging into AOL itself or once I go into my mail from a site I’ve never heard of: http://post.kareeza.com

I’ve looked online but cannot find if this is spyware/malware,etc… and how to get rid of this annoyance!

PLEASE HELP!
