Crystal distributed report install error

I have compiled a report and created the files to distribute it to my users. When I go to the users pc and run setup up I get this error when I click next on the Installation options screen. “Please report File ‘common\list1.c’ Line=1018 to Microsoft product services. When I look it up on Technet that error refers to a failed deinstall of Exchange. We don’t have exchange here.
