Crystal & Subreports

I have a report w/ 2 subreports. The link between the reports is built on a field that contains the value of a USER. I also have 2 paremeteters to 1 Date field to allow me to set a date range for the report in the “Select Expert” using the “Between” function. My question is how do I create a link from the parent report to the sub report with that date range? The subreport link won’t allow me to define a parameters as a link.
