Custom Ballons in Office 2000

I have created an application that makes extensive use of many balloon objects using VBA in Excel 2000. It works fine except that I cannot seem to find a way to control the amount of text on each line in the balloon and the line of text for the heading. I have no control over how wide the balloon is, and as a consequence, each line of text is broken up based on the width of the balloon, which I have no control over. Does anybody know how to control the width of these balloons ??
